The website provides general information about birthday planning, decoration, entertainment, venue assistance and rentals. Browsing the website does not create a booking, reservation or supplier commitment.
Quotations and scope
Any service commitment must be confirmed through a written quotation or agreement that lists inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities, payment terms, access, setup and collection. Website descriptions do not replace that document.
Availability and third parties
Dates, venues, entertainers, rental items and other suppliers remain subject to confirmation. Third-party venues and providers may apply their own contracts and policies.
Prices and changes
No fixed price is promised unless it appears in an approved written quotation. Changes to guest count, venue, design, timing or supplier scope may change cost and availability.
Images and intellectual property
Site images and design materials may not be reused commercially without permission. Reference images do not guarantee an exact recreation because venue, material and availability conditions differ.
Liability and safety
Clients and suppliers must follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Specific liability, cancellation and damage terms should be stated in the final service agreement.
